Dr. Nieto specializes in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology). She offers medical and surgical treatment options for female patients who suffer from pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, urinary and fecal incontinence and chronic pelvic pain.

Misty Lucero, a Sierra Vista native with over 30 years in healthcare, Misty brings deep expertise in women’s health, including 15+ years in Labor and Delivery. She holds a Master’s in Midwifery and is certified by the American Midwifery Board, the National Certification Corporation in Inpatient Obstetrics and advanced fetal monitoring. Misty’s care philosophy is patient-centered and empowering, supporting women through all stages of life—from routine gynecological care to menopause management.

hysterectomy, total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH), laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy (LSH), laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) fibroid removal, laparoscopic myomectomy for fibroids, hysteroscopic myomectomy, ovarian cyst removal, laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, treating adhesions, laparoscopic lysis of adhesions, diagnostic hysteroscopy, removing uterine polyps, hysteroscopic polypectomy, hysteroscopic endometrial ablation, hysteroscopic sterilization, dilation and curettage (D&C), and mid-urethral sling placement.
