Our Patient Portal is a convenient system that allows patients

on-line access to medical records and appointments.

The program is available in both English and Spanish and allows patients the following:

• Compose messages (to your healthcare providers)

• Request medication refills

• Request appointments

• Request health record

• Access the research center

You can obtain your Medical Record Number (MRN) at any of the Copper Queen Community Hospital Rural Health Clinics in Bisbee, Douglas or Palominas. Just ask a staff member.
