Patients or their authorized representatives have the right to file a grievance if they have concerns about care, services, or patient rights.
We encourage you to first speak with a staff member or department manager so concerns can be addressed promptly. However, you may submit a formal grievance by contacting:

All grievances are reviewed through a formal process required by federal and accreditation standards. This process includes a fair and thorough review of the concern, and you will receive a written response summarizing our findings and any actions taken or planned. Our goal is transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in the care and services we provide.
