Speech Language Pathologist

Summary:
Provides Speech Language Pathology services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation and related documentation and communication. This position may also include Speech Language Pathology to Home Health. Supervisory experience may be required.


Qualifications
1. Graduation from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology
2. Valid Arizona Department of Health Services Speech Language Pathology License.
3. CPR certification a plus.
4. Supervisory experience a plus.
5. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Knowledge of Speech Language Pathology theory and practice.
7. Thorough knowledge of body mechanics and approved lifting techniques.
8. Basic computer skills.
