Occupational Therapist

Provide Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Patient population will be in-patient (acute care), out-patient and Home Health.

Qualifications:
1. Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program.
2. Valid Arizona State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners License.
3. CPR certification a plus.
4. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Knowledge of Physical Therapy theory and practice.
6. Thorough knowledge of body mechanics and approved lifting techniques.
7. Basic computer knowledge.
