About the Role
Job Summary:
Will receive direction from the Manager regarding work orders, day to
day operation of all the CQCH facilities. Manager will prioritize work
orders. Workorders will be issued to the Maintenance staff holding them
responsible for completion of said projects, to include completion
schedule.
Qualification:
• 3 years’ experience in building maintenance; to include but not
limited to painting indoor and outdoor areas as needed. AND
electrical /mechanical / plumbing field (*Repairing broken or leaking
plumbing)
• Must possess and maintain valid Arizona Driver’s License and good
driving record
• Must be able to pass basic skills test
• Must be able and willing to be included in the Maintenance On-Call
rotation and work weekends if needed.
• HVAC skills a plus
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English; and take verbal and written
direction in English
• Must have strong computer skills. work order system ensuring all
maintenance requests are completed, documented in work order system
• All other duties as assigned
