Copper Queen Community Hospital has a rich heritage, dating back to the 1880s when it operated as a part of the mining community, so important to the history of Bisbee.
This small acute care critical access hospital has been striving to provide convenient, affordable health care to the area it serves for over 125 years.
The hospital’s mission is: To maintain and support access to basic primary healthcare throughout southeastern Cochise County by providing leadership and vision to address opportunities and challenges.
The hospital has expanded its reach by operating three Rural Health Clinics, Copper Queen Medical Associates, located in Bisbee, Douglas and Palominas.
