About the Role
Will receive direction from the Manager and Supervisor regarding work orders, day to day operation of all the CQCH facilities. Manager will prioritize work orders. Workorders will be issued to the Maintenance staff holding them responsible for completion of said projects, to include completion schedule.
• Previous experience in building maintenance
• Knowledge in the operation of ground maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, vacuum blowers, gas powered hedge trimmer and gardening tools.
• Must have 3 years’ experience in the electrical / mechanical / plumbing field.
• Must have an active Arizona Driver’s License and good driving record
• HVAC skills area a plus
• Must have basic entry level tools.
• Must be able to pass basic skills test
• Must be able and willing to be included in the Maintenance On-Call program and work weekends if needed.
