Dr. Coghlan was formerly a partner in the Western Massachusetts Medical Group, in Springfield, and for the past five years served as Chief of the Division of Medicine at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield.

Prior to coming to this area he served in the U.S. Army reserve Medical Corps, in Baghdad, Iraq. She has had extensive additional education in trauma care, and served as director of nursing services at Copper Queen Community Hospital. She returned to school in 1997 to receive her education as a Physician Assistant at the University of North Dakota. She is board certified. Mrs. Griesemer has worked as a Physician Assistant in the hospital’s emergency room and for the last nine years in physician clinics in Bisbee.
