Home Health RN Manager
Are you ready for a nursing leadership challenge in community nursing? Copper Valley Home Health, a Hospital-based, Medicare Certified agency in Bisbee, AZ has an opening for a Manager for the HHA. CVHH is small, 250 patients served with 1200 visits per month, covering broad geographical expanse over 2200 sq. miles across southern Cochise Country. Disciplines include SNV, HHA, PT and SE. We need a staff member that wants to join a dynamic organization in the midst of expansion, EMR implementation, and leading the area with home telemedicine. We have a great staff, diverse community and great weather year-round. The Agency is based at the Copper Queen Community Hospital (CQCH), located in scenic Bisbee, rated in the April, 2007 issue of Money Magazine as one of the top ten vacation spots.
Responsibilities for the Manager position include: Planning, coordination and supervision of operations in this department, budget preparation and employee evaluations. Oversee coordination of schedules and work assignments for a staff of 20. Maintain electronic policy and procedure system and assure maintenance of regulatory compliance and performance measures.

Full Time Internist
Copper Queen Medical Associates (CQMA) has an excellent opportunity for fulltime Internist. The Bisbee/Douglas location in the high desert country of Southern Arizona is protected from blistering summer heat and bitter winter cold, and is a great area for family living with an outdoor emphasis.

The practice environment features Next Gen Electronic Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records as “spokes on a wheel” of the organization’s continually expanding electronic infrastructure. Linkages are now in place between the CQMA rural health clinics, hospital diagnostics, the University of Arizona’s Telemedicine/Teletrauma Program as a beta site for tele-home home health.

We have an immediate need for an Internal Medicine Physician (Board Eligible or Board Certified) to be part of a collegial physician community with a mission to provide primary care services to this underserved locale. Copper Queen Community Hospital (CQCH), the hospital bases for the CQMA rural health clinics, provides an excellent benefit package which includes: attractive salary base of $175,000, plus productivity bonus, as well as opportunity for additional compensation for medical group responsibilities. CQCH offers paid CME, malpractice, relocation assistance and free health insurance. Working closely with the Arizona National Health Service Corp (NHSC), CQCH/CQMA is a designated HPSA organization with a score of 16 which makes candidates eligible for accelerated student loan repayment, as well as J-1 visas.

Emergency Department Manager
Position in Emergency Department with Fast track, multiple telemedicine programs and Level 4 Trauma Status. Orientation along with inservice experience desirable. AZ, RN/BSN with ED experience.

Physical Therapist
Copper Queen Community Hospital a “Top 100 Hospital” has an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist. Money magazine rated Bisbee, Arizona as one of the ten spots to vacation in the United States.

This position will provide physical therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. This position will work Monday-Friday days with occasional weekend support, with a workload of ten to fifteen patients per day. Requirements of this position are graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, valid Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners License. New graduates welcome.
